What this tool is
The regret risk is a thinking tool. It adds up warning signs that often come before a purchase people wish they had not made, such as buying something you did not want before the sale, paying with credit, or not checking the usual price. It is not a scientific measure of how you will feel.
The score is the sum of the warning signs you chose, shown out of 100. Under 25 is low, 25 to 49 is medium, and 50 or more is high.
